How do I get started?

Do I need to know what I want?
Not at all. Most people come to us with a general idea or inspiration photo, and that's more than enough to get started. We'll guide you through everything—from diamond selection to setting style—and help you refine your vision along the way.
How much does a custom ring cost?
Our custom pieces range widely depending on the design, stone choice, and materials. During your consultation, we'll provide clear pricing options so you know exactly what to expect before committing to anything. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden markups.
How long does the process take?
Most custom pieces are completed within 2-4 weeks from design approval. The consultation and design phase typically takes 1-2 weeks, and production takes 2-3 weeks. Priority production may be available if you're working within a specific timeline.
Is there a design fee or deposit?
A small design deposit of $100 secures your piece and allows us to begin sourcing stones and refining your design. This fee goes towards your custom order and is non-refundable. A 50% deposit begins production, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Can I see the ring before it's finished?
Yes. You'll review and approve a detailed custom design (including CAD renderings) before production begins. You'll have the opportunity to make adjustments at this stage. Once production is complete, your piece is carefully inspected before shipping.
